Return Policy
1. Your Statutory Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (including online purchases) without giving any reason, within 14 calendar days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the goods. This right is provided under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) as implemented in the Netherlands through the Burgerlijk Wetboek (Civil Code), Article 6:230o and following.
2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods that have been opened (sealed packaging broken) where the seal is necessary for hygiene or health protection reasons — food supplements fall within this category once the tamper-evident seal has been broken.
- Goods that have been clearly personalised or custom-made to your specifications.
- Goods that have deteriorated after delivery due to improper handling by you.
If you have opened or used the product, we are unable to accept the return unless there is a demonstrable defect in the product.
3. How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

4. Return of Goods
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must send the goods back to us without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal to us.

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. We recommend using a trackable postal service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Goods must be returned in their original, unopened condition, including all original packaging and accessories.
5. Refund
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs originally paid (we are not required to refund any additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option we offer). The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
Refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notice, provided the goods are already returned or you have provided evidence of dispatch. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier.
We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund for any diminishment in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what was ordered, please contact us at contactus-@styxreonwhhrax.world@styxreonwhhrax.world within 48 hours of receipt, including your order number and photographic evidence where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
